Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

International orders (outside of the UK) may be subject to customs fees, VAT, and import taxes, which are determined by your local government. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If this happens, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer refunds on unused, unopened planners returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@theorganisedmums.co.uk with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: We cannot accept returns on used products or digital downloads.
