So update, I had 30 mins in the evening to have a look through the journal and WOW just WOW, the absolute depth of thought and insight that has gone into the journal is beyond anything I would've ever expected to be available. At first I thought it was a little heavy but honestly it's because it contains so much goodness! The travel tips, super useful!
